Kara-class Chelyabinsk/Changjiang Subtype + Sovremenny and Ka-27 PLAN livery

This mod contains a fictional subtype of the Kara-class which contains three vessels. Also includes two Sovremenny class livery for PLAN and a Ka-27 in PLAN livery (under Ka-28 name).
The Chelyabinsk/Changjiang subtype of the Kara-class cruiser consists of three vessels with their construction begun relatively in 1976, 1977 and 1979. This subtype shifted its focus from anti-submarine warfare to anti-air warfare, features S-300F missile VLSs and enhanced anti-surface capability. On Changjiang subtype the rear RBU-1000 systems was removed and replaced by a set of helicopter landing assistance system. This subtype is a part of a personal fictional lore setting.
