National Idea groups
National Ideas Mod inspired by EU4 and the amazing Victoria Universalis 4 Mod. This is a spiritual successor to that mod.

This mod adds different National Ideas to multiple countries and a generic Idea set to the rest of the countries. The unique countries also get a unique institution. The idea behind the institution is to invest bureaucracy for some perks that fit the historical context of that nation.
Each country can select an Idea group to boost so you can play different "builds" and try out different ways to play a nation or optimize something.
This mod is likely not balanced, this mod is meant to be fun and I tried to add bonuses that make sense in the historical context of the nation, for example naval and colonial power to countries like Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. Or immigration bonuses to the USA. Some numbers are likely too high and some modifiers are likely too strong, I am welcome to feedback, so please test it and suggest tuning.
