Description:

Hello, I tried my hand at a residential building. It is based on relatively newly built semi-detached houses that were built after a Typhoon 2020 in the DPRK.

This one is very inspired by houses built in Haksadae-ri (South Hamgyong Province) and Unho-ri (North Hamgyong Province).

I have provided the house here in the mod in 3 versions.

• Without fence,
• with fence,
• with fence and shed.

• it houses 4 people
• can heat itself
• is in my opinion quite cheap and quick to erect.
• 2 pedestrian connections

KNOWN ISSUES:

Sometimes the building overlaps with the terrain, but I haven’t found a solution yet.
