Small Improvements 1.4 Edition
A collection of small tweaks made by Eriss that together vaguely alter how the game is played. This includes such things as collecting liquids from sources, buying drinks at a bar, and crafting things normally unavailable in the vanilla game.
~ Most water-related objects may be interacted with to gather water.
~ Foundry objects may also be interacted with to gather lava.
~ Infinity Express now sells Flashlights, Glowsticks, Soft Drinks, Water, String, and Wire
~ Vending Machines now sell Reef Cola, Chocolate.
~ Frogg Furnishing now sells Vending Machines. Vending Machines may also be printed.
~ Prices for items sold in Infinity Express and Vending Machines reduced.
~ Battery Consumables which accelerate the regeneration of energy. They may be crafted with bare hands.
~ A Metal Cooking Table that combines Kitchen and Stove crafting. It may be crafted at an Engineer’s Table.
~ Craftable Elevators at every level of Inventor’s Table. Elevators are now interactive, and now include Output nodes for wiring.
~ Recipes to craft and “repair” various mining tools at the Anvils. (Many Tabs Required)
~ A Liquid Reactions Tank for mixing and reacting certain Fluids. May be crafted at the Engineer’s Table.
~ New Characters start with a flag of their race in the Ship Locker. (Vanilla Races)
~ Changed the icon for the Matter Manipulator.
~ The price of certain teleporters decreased. Time to dismantle has been doubled.
~ Bottled Water and Healing Water may now be crafted with Bare Hands.
~ Lantern Stick recipe cost has been reduced, alternative recipe is also available.
~ Adds an alternative Mining Helmet recipe.
~ Can no longer craft Flashlights.
~ Tech Console is no longer destroyed during removal. Time to dismantle has been doubled.
~ Recipes for cooking Raw Tentacle and Raw Ham.
~ A new Grappling Hook item for early game. The old Grappling Hook has been renamed to Grappling Gun.
~ Now you can swim in all vanilla liquids (except Tar, Slime and Jelly).
~ Coming in contact with Erchius Fuel now causes poisoning.
~ Defense Turrets are no longer destroyed upon removal.
~ Adds recipes to craft Numeric Buttons, Combinable Screens, and Augments at the Wiring Station. (Many Tabs Required)
~ Recreational Vehicle object (not the vehicle) now acts as a bed. On top of the effects of sleeping, it will also restore oxygen and make you immune to ALL hazards.
~ Penguin Bar will now sell drinks after defeating Dreadwing.
~ Terramart sells Coffee Seeds.
~ Physics for the Bomb throwable have been changed. They may also be used for mining. Also adds a recipe for Sticky Bombs.
~ Adds alternative recipe for crafting Volatile Powder.
~ Peacekeeper Vending Machines now sell cups of Coffee. It’s a Starbucks now.
~ Peacekeeper Furnishings now sell ALL Peacekeeper objects.
~ Peacekeeper Desk and Vending Machine are now Uncommon.
~ Peacekeeper Poster renamed to Peacekeeper Advert to differentiate it from the actual Peacekeeper Posters.
~ Adds a Recipe for Canned Food. Learn it from making Meat Stew.
Frackin’ Universe
~ Infinity Express now sells Salt.
~ Added alternative recipe for crafting Powder Keg.
Avali Race
~ New Avali characters now start with an Avali flag in their ship locker.
~ Changed Recipes for Grappling Hook and Avali Laser Mining Tool.
~ Avali Laser Mining Tool no longer breaks.
~ Avali Chainsaw recipe replaced to instead craft a harvesting tool variant. (I don’t know, either…)
Pixel Goods Store
~ Stovinkerator now combines Kitchen Counter, Stove and Sink
~ May now gather water in Ceramic Sink.
