[B42/41] Fix BlowTorch & PropaneTank
Supports Version 42 SP+MP and Version 41 SP+MP
Propane Torch and Propane Tank Fix!
Increases the propane torch capacity from 10 to 100.
Adjusts the propane tank so it can refill the propane torch 16 times.
Originally, a propane torch with a capacity of 10 could be refilled 16 times,
but when the capacity was increased to 100, it could only be refilled 1.6 times.
This mod fixes that issue.
Since the item stats of the propane tank itself are not modified,
this mod is compatible with other mods that change propane tank stats,
such as Real Metalworking.
