Stop Moving My Scope!
This mod disables the periscope from scanning / moving without player input. Additionally, when a non-officer uses the Observation Periscope, the periscope automatically retracts. There is a minor visual incongruity, where the sailor raises the periscope in the sub, but the periscope head doesn’t move.
Advanced users can enable rotation in separate Camera Modes via the Settings.cs; the default values are equivalent to vanilla behaviour, which stops the rotation only in map mode.
Savegame compatible and uninstalls clean.
