101st Easy Company
This is my first mod and it was quite a challenge since I have no prior experience with moding. Even though the mod itself isn’t too complicated, it still took some time to understand how everything works.
I haven’t had much time to playtest it, so if the units feel overpowered or not strong enough, feel free to tweak the breed file or comment and I will consider your feedback.
You can increase or decrease their HP, adjust veterancy, or modify the perks.
They’re currently maxed out on perks and weapon skill.
I created 11 soldiers with Band of Brothers character names. Each one has their own portrait and icon, with their proper rank displayed based on what they had during D Day. (Except Winters)
Each squad member has rank-based priority, so if you split them up and select only few, soldier with the highest rank will have its icon displayed first.
Most of their weapons and equipment match what was used in Band of Brothers, but I added a bit for versatility to make the squad more useful.
When it comes to single member avatars / portraits, it was extremely time consuming. Finding a good enough picture proved to be harder than creating the mod. It took me 2 hours to create Speirs portrait, had to use AI + photoshop and still got lucky with how it ended up.
What I’m trying to say is that if I find better pictures I will update, this is so far the best I could find.

I am aware that Lt. Speirs was not part of Easy until later. (I am a big fan of BOB and watched it dozen times.)
Lt. Speirs was one of my favorite characters in Band of Brothers and I believe for many others as well and I couldn’t imagine making a mod and not including him.
Plus in combo with " Wild Bill " IMO you get a feeling they could do "anything".
But if you’re bothered by this, I can easily show you how to delete/remove him from the squad.
