? Adds a rare Universal Key that can unlock any locked vehicle in Build 42!

? What It Does
This mod adds a special item � the Universal Vehicle Key � that acts like a master key for vehicles:
- ? Syncs to nearby locked vehicles
- ? Lets you open and hotwire them as if you had the real key
- ? Works from your inventory, bag, or key ring
- ? Clean and safe: event-driven implementation, no base code overwritten
?? How It Works
- ? Approach a locked vehicle
- ?? The key automatically detects and binds to its KeyId
- ? You can now unlock and interact with the vehicle normally
- ? Key stays bound � until you find another car!
Note: The vehicle must have a valid KeyId for the key to sync. Some vehicles take a moment to generate one � try moving around them if it doesn�t sync immediately.
