Creative Trait Boosts Research Only

This changes the creative trait to only boost research with a greater effect (75%) and a lower cost (9).
This also has the side effect of adding an extra level to research, which is the same as the new creative trait (75%) – though the purpose of this mod is to tie that to the existing creative trait, so for example, it should affect a Psilon AI player.
This mod was mostly created for use with my Remove Tech Choices mod ( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=795705566 ), because that mod makes the creative trait useless for its primary purpose, though it can be used alone.
There should be no conflicts with any other mods as long as they do not modify the Creative trait/perk.
