After personally experiencing the vanilla game`s frustrating mechanic of having to constantly expand territory for 20 years just to form a company, I decided to make a mod myself. It strengthens the vanilla generic companies and modifies some prosperity bonuses. These bonuses are extracted from vanilla companies to avoid making them overpowered.

Additionally, both canal companies have been given +10% Port Throughput. The Trade Center has been removed, making it easier to adjust company HQ locations. Otherwise, canal companies almost always open in Treaty Ports due to their excessively high Trade Center output.
