Description:

Adds Harry S. Truman – the 33rd President of the United States and feisty ex-haberdasher – to the game as an alternate leader of America. It might get a little harry but I promise you it’s tru man.

Many thanks to Chrisy15 and p0khiel for help investigating a way to implement an older draft of the X-Aircraft Base, even if it didn’t work out!
