OVERVIEW:

This is a historical fix and flavor mod designed for Crusader Kings III players who plan to convert their campaigns to EU4 — or just want a more grounded and dynamic late-game experience.

This mod focuses on historical realism, cultural development, title fragmentation, and dynamic dejure restructuring, especially for long games starting in 867. All content is custom-built or rebuilt from dead/inactive mods, and fully updated for compatibility and balance.

🛡️ CORE FEATURES
🏛️ Title & Government Mechanics
-Ephemeral Reign Law for Celtic and Angevin empires (and HRE stem duchies):
—Breaks up unstable realms if not removed before succession.
—Toggleable via game rules.
-Great Moravia Collapse event.
-Kingdom of Silesia creation event.
-Galicia-Volhynia sublimation into Poland or Ruthenia.
-End of Sapmi event.

Other Features:

🏰 Cultural Evolution & Integration
-New decisions to form:
—Upper Saxon culture (+ HRE dejure setup)
—Pommeranian culture (+ HRE dejure setup)
—Prussian culture
—Bjarmaland–Novgorod integration decision.
—Pomor settlement event after Mongol conquest of Kiev.

⚔️ Iberian Overhaul
-Galicia-León integration fix via mutual decision (1187).
-Toledo–Castile integration decision.
-Badajoz–León integration decision.
-Xenxir & Valencia collapse events:
—Territories transfer to Aragon, León, or Al-Andalus based on control.
-"Become a Great Reconquistador" (Catholic) and "Jihad for Al-Andalus" (Muslim) decisions trigger when one side is close to being wiped out.

🏹 Eastern Europe & Mongol Aftermath
-Expanded Rus’ flavor and historicity
-Further Division of the Rus’ event:
—Creates Chernigov, Ryazan, Smolensk, Moscow duchy, and adjusts Volhynia.
-Dynamic Mongol conquest aftermath:
—Creates proper dejure titles: Muscovy, Kazan, Great Horde, Crimea, Ruthenia, White Rus, etc.

⚔️ Teutonic & Livonian Order Logic (requires Historical Invasions)
-If Teutonic Order is destroyed, Prussia regains dejure.
-If Livonian Order is destroyed, Livonia and Estonia regain dejure.

🏰 Empire & Culture Formation
-Holy Frankish Empire replaces HRE when taking "Restore Carolingean Border
-Decisions to form:
—Holy French Crown
—Britannia
-Fixed English culture formation, happens via events, decisions not strictly necessary

COMPATIBILITY:

-Generally compatible with most mods that don’t overhaul the same mechanics (titles, culture, succession).
