Preface

(Important! Please read this instruction carefully before using it for the first time!!! Also, I will not reply to any questions in the comments from those who haven’t read the content description or don’t understand how to play.)

This mod is based on the existing mechanisms and underlying code, aiming to restrict the development speed of AI and optimize the AI development curve. On this basis, this mod has made extensive adjustments and expansions to a large number of buildings, units, etc., based on historical content. This mod is mainly suitable for strategy players who enjoy watching the plot and farming (not RPG-oriented). If you want to engage in early warfare or experience conquering territories, you can subscribe to my other mod, Unbalanced War. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3539721330

Due to the excessive amount of updates for the Mod content, it’s impossible for one person to handle the development, design, and testing work. Moreover, there have been many mistakes during the Mod release process. Therefore, a QQ group for Mod testing is now established. Players who like this Mod and have strategic ideas are welcome to join to better improve and optimize it. For future major updates of the Mod version, they will be first released for testing in the group and then uploaded to the Workshop. This is to ensure that subscribers can avoid too many technical issues.

Here is a brief summary of the main changes in this MOD:

Key point! The inherent technologies of the game city have been thoroughly reset, with a large number of local characteristic buffs added. The city is restored according to historical and geographical importance; this includes an important public sentiment mechanism, where high public sentiment can unlock high-boost inherent technologies and new military units.

2. Key point! A large number of new troop types have been added, and each faction’s city has its own unique troops; the parameters of the original troops have been rebalanced; the original private army setting has been removed.

3. Key point! The original strategy system and some titles have been redone. Five sets of strategy options have been remade according to five major categories: Han officials, Southern Barbarians, Mountain Yue, tribes emulating Han systems, and nomadic peoples. Additionally, related titles and corresponding strategies have been added to some historical figures, increasing the strategy options and fun. (For detailed explanations, please refer to the discussion group new strategy and title descriptions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

4. Key point! We have optimized the city defense attack coefficient of the related buildings in the Legion War; optimized the attack coefficient of the siege weapons; readjusted all the parameters of the military skills in the Legion War; and adjusted the influence of the six attributes of the generals on the Legion War.

5. Key point! New and optimized large map warlord forces and NPCs have been added; some mercenary special abilities have been optimized and added; more rewards and challenging difficulty monsters have been provided. (Those who don’t like the generous rewards dropped by wild monsters can choose not to fight them. Staying at home and farming your private land will still keep you rich.)

6. Key point! A large number of urban buildings will be optimized and more buildings will be added.

(1) This MOD divides cities into private and public systems. Currently, the private system has its own independent buildings.
(2) Upgrading public buildings to advanced ones in this MOD requires strategy points.
(3) This MOD adds a "private kitchen" interaction to taverns (only available if the relationship level with the general is 2 or above), optimizes banquets to allow all citizens to participate, and modifies the cooldown period to allow it to be held every day. Participating in the "private kitchen" can enhance the military and intelligence souls of all participants, as well as the four dimensions of the six dimensions except for military strength and command.
(4) The military camp now has a "three-army drill" (with certain numerical requirements for players and only available at the monarch level), which can enhance the military strength, command, and weapon proficiency of all soldiers in the city (with a relationship level of 2 or above). It takes 30 days and has a cooldown period of 90 days.
(5) The private army camp currently cannot recruit private soldiers, but it can provide the current city with public support, security, and income. The advanced private army camp can also provide a bonus to strategy points. Note: It can only increase the strategy points of the current city’s force. If built in another force’s territory, it will increase the strategy points of that force.
(6) The defense of city buildings and the HUD of some buildings in the legion battle have been optimized, with increased health for some buildings and HUD display for the legion battle.
(7) Currently, there are differences in the number of buildings that can be constructed for each building type in small, medium, large, and giant cities. Some buildings cannot be constructed in all city types. Small and medium cities have an advantage in agriculture, while large and giant cities have an advantage in economy and commerce. The upgrade capacity of the military camp in small cities is limited, and the advanced military camp requires more public support, which small cities cannot afford. This means that small cities in the early stage can only seek strategic methods to deal with military attacks from large cities.

7. New exploration rewards have been added to scenic spots. When visiting famous scenic spots, you can find treasures. (If you don’t like overly generous drops, you don’t have to explore.)

8. Optimize the public achievements required for the top five levels of the rank and the reputation demands for the first three levels before becoming an emperor.

9. The skill range and release angle of the battle skills in the Legion War have been modified and optimized, and the effects of some skills have been adjusted.

10. We have revised and optimized some plot triggers and income acquisition mechanisms. Currently, only the death of He Jin and the incorporation of the Qingzhou Army have been modified, allowing players to obtain corresponding military titles.

11. Added the acquisition of Wisdom Souls for some Tong Dou military missions.

twelve By the way, some of the original very inhumane settings were fixed. For instance, sworn brotherhood can now be formed between men and women. The female player character is no longer limited to marriage to win people over. Prison breaks can now earn the rescued a large amount of favorability, and it is also possible to rescue local generals imprisoned in one’s own city.

13. The victory in the national martial arts competition and the verbal duel now offer equipment drops and a large amount of soul attribute output, making the national competition more attractive.

14. The breakthrough probability of Soul Refining has been modified. (Due to the original Soul Refining breakthrough mechanism, even if the probability is over 100%, it may still fail. Please maximize your own status and try several times.)

15. We have adjusted some unreasonable aspects of the original daily interactions, such as interaction time and interaction rewards. Additionally, we have added some new features to facilitate players’ cultivation of themselves and their generals.

16. All legendary titles and titles of non-restricted troops have been set as unobtainable; currently, they can only be obtained through methods such as marriage and completing tasks.
