Recruited unique character can use their special units
This mod allows most unique character can recruit their "original" faction’s special units. If I play as Liu Bei and Xiahou Yuan in my function can still recruit Tiger and Leopard cavalry and Heavy Tiger and Leopard cavalry.
This is done by add a hidden skill to unlock units for the characters with unique skill set. Some charters don’t have unique skill set so I didn’t add unit for them. I can make unique skill set for them but this will cause compatible issue with mods like MTU so I choose not.
All characters except Yuan Shu, Gongsun Zan, Kong Rong, Sun Quan, Ji Ling, Xun Yu, Lady Bian, Lady Mi, Li Jue, Liu Yao, Wang Lang, Xu Shu, and Han Sui have access to this feature. They still need to reach corresponding level. Works for both romance and record mode.
Compatible with all mods that don’t change vanilla unique character’s skill set. Works for existing saves, uninstall also shouldn’t break your saves. Now compatible with new characters added by New General Collection, Wu Kingdaissance, and MTU.
Thanks for their author Cui, Orange Cat and Illustrator.noob. This mod still works totally fun on its own, but it will supports new characters from these two mods if you are using this mod with them.
This mod only affect faction special units, if you want the generic units please use with this mod
