Field Artillery Updated
Updated for 1.18.*+ from original mod Field Artillery by shuulleech .
- Siege weapons participate in field battles and contribute real damage.
- Terrain matters. Open ground is strong and dense terrain is weak.
- Now Pursuit is 0 on all siege units, may change if requested.
- Fort level and siege progress work like vanilla (Max Fort Level isn’t shown anymore but remains the same).
- Tooltips and concepts are updated so the UI matches gameplay.
Info: All siege units still provide siege progress and respect fort level even tho the latter does not show on the unit stat card.
Please check the following:
1. Is your culture part of japonic or korean heritage?
In this case the game forbids the hiring of bombards even if they have been unlocked through research.
2. Does your culture have strengths in numbers banned?
forbids the hiring of most MAA units in the game.
3. Nomad/Herder government?
Not allowed to hire either.
4. Does your culture have access to the research?
Self explanatory.
