RMK – explosions fell trees

Description:

Explosions will "fell" trees. 25mm HE upward.
The radius trees will be felled is based on explosion parameters. Smaller rounds/bombs need to be real close to the tree roots. Small trees/bushes will just be removed.
Should work on most mod trees and most explosive/effect mods.
Did not notice a performance hit when flattening all of Stratis

Since Arma 3 seems to be problematic with felling trees, the model will be hidden and fallen trees will be spawned in their position.
CUP is no longer a requirement, uses Tanoa and Livonia models (platforms updates – everybody has them). They rather fit a temperate forest setting.

Known issues:
Grenades are excluded because 40mm shouldn’t fell a tree and they have a too big blast radius
Large bombs (eg GBU-39) will not spawn fallen trees – out of ideas.
AP rounds and direct hits on the tree do nothing.
