Residental buildings type P-46M (12-14stages)
Dear friends, hello. I am ready to provide you with the second pack of residential buildings of the P-46M series. P-46M is a series of panel residential buildings created on the basis of the P-46 series. The construction of houses of this series began in 1994 and continues to the present day. Houses of the standard P-46M series, created on the basis of the standard P-46 series (built from 1975 to 1997), in comparison with it have increased heat and sound insulation, a freight and passenger elevator. Also, in the basic modification there were no 4-room apartments, and 3-room apartments were located only in the turning (corner) sections (entrances). The advantages include sliding double-glazed windows, heater-type radiators with a thermostat. P-46M also has many of its own modifications, some have balconies, others have loggias, some have balconies only on the 2nd, 3rd, or 1st floor, many color options, as well as a wide variety of storeys. The most common are 5, 7, 9, 12, 14-storey variations. But there can also be 3, 4, 6 floors.

This mod adds linear and corner sections to high-rise buildings – 12 and 14 floors and is an addition to the previous mod of low-rise versions of P-46M. Work on this series will continue. It is planned to add a 15 degree corner section for each floor in subsequent updates, as well as add LODs, as soon as this technology is explained to me. Also in the plans is a potential update of windows, and of course night illumination. For ease of search, the names of the models are conveniently numbered: P-46M (12-1U) – 12 – number of floors, 1 – number of entrances, U – corner section indicator.
P.S. At the moment, the night lighting has a flaw – a greenish night light, like my first models. I know about it and will work on it and look for ways to fix it.
