Overview – This is a submod to our main Radious Overhaul for Three Kingdoms. It increases unit upkeep by roughly 30%, for both players and the AI. It is intended for people who prefer to have slightly less units and armies taking part in their campaigns, while still enjoying the other elements of our Overhaul.
