Simple mod that tweaks the Infamy Mechanic.
-Infamy no longer decrease at and below Rank 3.
-Rank 3 infamy and up gives positive diplomatic values, instead of negative.
-Satisfaction Bonus changes
-Upkeep reduction
Why?
Cause i like playing cautious and slow, better paced for ol slowpokes like me.
