Do you know it? You’re playing a great campaign with one faction (not Rome), and you look over to Rome, and nothing’s happening. No matter when. This mod changes that! Rome is significantly stronger and is becoming a true empire. I gave Rome two large armies and a large fleet with advanced units to start with. In terms of technology, both military and economic, Rome is significantly advanced at the start, and the cities have noticeably expanded. Rome also received a financial injection. To ensure more activity, Rome is at war with several factions at the start. So think carefully about who you play as!
