DVL-10M1 Saboteur
This model of the DVL-10 is chambered for the .40 Lobaev Whisper subsonic cartridge which gives it superior ballistic performance when compared to alternatives such as 9x39mm or 12.7x55mm, this is at the cost of the damage from the larger rounds and the automatic operation of weapons such as the VSS or AS VAL, lending the rifle to a much more
specialized role.
It is recommended to use this rifle for specialist tasks such as HVT assassinations, sentry dispatching, disposal of guards and other objectives. The rifle has an effective range between 300 and 600 meters and does not produce a muzzle flash, making it well suited for night operations, however, due to the bolt action design the lower rate of fire must be accounted for. Load RHSAFRF for better bolt animations.
I recommend seeking isky’s DVL-10 as well, since this model fires subsonic cartridges only, the supersonic capability of his implementation complements this one quite well, or perhaps it is the other way around.
This weapon has a soft dependency for RHSAFRF’s bolt animations. JSRS Compatibility provided through the ASP-1 Kir sounds. CBA Joint rails integration inherited from the ASP-1 Kir. Compatible with ACE Advanced Ballistics.
