Create Vassals: Grant Administrator Independence
This is a simple mod that adds a new political action in the court menu which allows you to release an administrator of a commandery to become their own faction.
They take the commandery which they govern with them and become your vassal.They also gain a beneficial relationship with your faction leader.
Trying to release the administrator of your capital, if you own the emperor, will do nothing.
This should be compatible with most other mods. If the options run off your screen on the court page, you may have to slightly increase your UI scale.
