Mod currently adds:
– Reverb/echo in rooms (depends on room size and open air)
– Drowning muffle
– Deaf on death
– Deaf on stun
– Stomach growling when malnourished
– Motion wind
– Adrenaline heartbeat (disabled by default)
– Dizzy stun
– Blindness effect
– Exhaustion haze
