Oni of the Rim: Lite
The mysterious horned and feathered humanoid found on some rim worlds, Oni are often sought out by Glitterworlds for their beauty as a sort of exotic pet. Worse still some are kept as livestock for their feathers, pelts and horns, all having practical and decorative uses. Oni live in temperate areas and rarely employ clothing due to the uncomfortable sensation on their feathered bodies. Due to this, they are highly vulnerable to being set on fire.
Combat Extended compatibility included. Does not need "Oni of the Rim: Combat Extended" patch as it does not feature Oni themed weapons.

This version of the mod does not have any Oni related items or tech, except for the horn related body parts, for those that don’t want their stuff and a few fancy C# elements.
Should make it Multiplayer compatible like any pure XML coded races for those don’t want to risk testing the main mod.
Since it is only the race and faction, the Lite version is fitted with a Combat Extended compatibility self-auto patch!
You can swap between Lite and normal version of the mod mid-save, although when downgrading to Lite, make sure to remove all Oni based item crafting recipes and medical bills before doing so. And to be safe, remove the items too, but the game should dispose of them for you in the form of a one time big red error log.
Starting up the save after changing from main to Lite version, remove ALL drug policies and set them all up again. All old drug policy will be bugged, an unfortunate vanilla issue when any drugs get removed from games.
Note: If you have the Drug Policy Fix mod, it should solve this issue for you automatically, so you can ignore the above instruction of remaking drug policy.
