[AO] Sands of Time (DEPRECATED)

This mod back-ports a number of features from Repentance+, and will only function if you are using Repentance (without the Rep+ DLC) and an old version of REPENTOGON (prior to 1.1.0). This mod WILL NOT work correctly on the latest version of the base game or RGON!

For an updated version that functions with the latest version of RGON, please use "[AO] Sands of Time (UPDATED)" instead.

All of the changes and additions detailed below have been documented on the official Absolution Wiki, which can be found here [tboiabsolution.wiki.gg]. Please note that not all tweaks have been included in the following synopsis.

• Sweeping changes to Item Qualities.
• Numerous changes to various Item charge times
• Some minor Transformation changes, such as Lil Delirium counting toward Conjoined.
• Some minor changes to items granting hearts, such as Revelation no longer giving Soul Hearts.
• It Hurts now causes tears to leave red creep upon colliding with enemies after taking damage.
• Dead Bird now persists through rooms if Isaac is at half a Red Heart or less.
• Blood Rights now grants a bonus to Fire Rate based on the number of times it’s been used on the floor.
• Pageant Boy now spawns a random Penny Trinket when picked up.
• Bosses spawned by Delirious persist through rooms, but take constant damage.
• Mega Bean now causes a ‘Mama Mega’ style blast in the current room.

• Short Fuse now increases bomb damage by 15%.
• Missing Poster now has a 33% chance to reveal the Super Secret room upon entering a new floor.
• Used Diaper now spawns two blue flies when entering a hostile room.
• Louse now spawns a blue spider when clearing a hostile room.
• Rosary Bead now replaces all earned Devil Deals with Angel Rooms.
• Equality now increases Fire Rate when pickups are equal in number.
• Lazy Worm now increases Damage.

• Percs! now heals Isaac a number of Red Hearts equal to half of his total heart containers.
• Amnesia now unidentifies all previously-taken pills.
• I’m Drowsy now applies enemy slowdown for the remainder of the floor.
• I’m Excited!!! now applies enemy speed up for the remainder of the floor.
• ??? now applies an additional Curse on each use.
• Telepills now guarantees Isaac is teleported to a random Special room.

• Using the Hagalaz rune now destroys Stoneys, Grimaces, and Spike Blocks in the room.
• Golden Hearts now burst into 4-6 coins when picked up by The Lost; these flash and disappear after three seconds.
• A portal leading to the Void floor is now guaranteed to spawn after defeating ???, Mother, and Mega Satan, so long as the respective completion mark has already been earned.
• The ‘panic state’ of the Hush boss fight has now been fixed; this was implemented using options available through REPENTOGON.
• A small amount of boss armor has been added to The Lamb, ???, and Mother.
