[SYR] Glowing Healroot
Gives harvestable healroot a different texture and makes healroot glow
Changes texture of harvestable healroot and adds a glow to all healroot.
Use Rocketman with this, because each healroot will become a glower and the glowgrid updates every time a healroot spawns/is planted/is harvested.
