1. Added special refreshes to the Black Market. These refreshes will show missing upgrade items, missing quest items, or missing keys.
2. Customize the Black Market refresh time. Set a time that suits your needs.
3. A brand new Black Market refresh mechanism: refreshes by time or automatically replenishes refresh counts upon successful evacuation.
4. When refresh counts are exhausted, use the Black Market Contact Notes to force a refresh (a much-anticipated feature!).
Unsubscribing and resubscribing allows for quick forced mod updates.
Press F11 or Ctrl+; (the semicolon to the right of L) in-game to display the menu, where you can modify the special refresh probability, whether to filter small items during special refreshes, and customize the Black Market refresh time coefficient, etc.
