Description:

The finished research checkmarks in Green Planet are a bit large for my taste.
This also reduces the blue background opacity.

Mod Options:
Shrink percent counters: Like the checkmarks, but slightly bigger.
Hide blue background: Removes the light blue background over completed ones.
