You spies will never betray you even if he or she reaches 100 happiness in the target faction.
When taking an action, random issues cost more undercover network points and cover points never or rarely happen now. (BETA)
Notice: Fix cost increments of undercover network points or cover points caused by ruler characters’ trait and relative reforms CANNOT be avoid. Relative issues will still pop up every time when take actions.
– Work for both player and AI
– Compatible to existing save files. Spy with 100 happiness in the target faction will not have a warning of betrayal in next turn.

(The game can only read one of these two MODs each time, so please turn on only one of them to avoid conflicts)
