[NIKKE] April Fools’ Leader Pack
Introducing the CEO of one of Ark’s three major companies, "Misalis Industries" – the beautiful girl loved by all, the little idol of Ark, Shuen! Also, the super operator Shifti…… This is my 21st Mod. Shuen and Shifti are so cute.
Regarding the numerical values, my apologies, I hope everyone has a good gaming experience.
This mod adds a civilization (Misalis, Elysion) and new leaders (Shuen, Shifti).

Leader Ability: Little Idol of Ark
When a technology’s research progress is greater than 90%, it is completed immediately, and you gain Gold equal to 50% of that technology’s cost. All cities gain Production equal to 15% of that technology’s cost. Research Labs yield +10 Science and +10 Production.
Misalis CEO: For every leader belonging to Misalis in this game, all your cities gain +5% Culture and Production, and all units gain +1 Combat Strength. If the number of leaders belonging to Misalis is greater than or equal to 4, or greater than or equal to half of the total leaders in the game, then all currently unresearched technologies gain 15% research progress.
Leader Ability: Super Operator
Gain +3 Combat Strength for every level of Diplomatic Visibility higher than an enemy. Unlocks the unique unit Mecha Shifti upon researching ‘Apprenticeship’. Gain +1 Thermonuclear Device every 40 turns. Gain an additional +1 Thermonuclear Device when Mecha Shifti appears on the map.
Resupply: Once per turn. When a unit is on a suitable tile and the Treasury has at least 200 Gold, you can consume 200 Gold to drop a Tribal Village on the unit’s tile. (A suitable tile is one where a Tribal Village can appear.)
Counter Force: If the number of leaders belonging to Nikke in this game is greater than or equal to half of the total leaders, gain vision of the entire map. The same effect can be triggered if the ‘Writing’ technology is unlocked or owned. Diplomatic Visibility is one level higher than other civilizations you meet.
New Unique Leader Unit: Mecha Shifti
Perhaps Shifti’s unique unit, possessing high Attack Strength and Movement. Unlocked with the ‘Apprenticeship’ technology. You can only have one. Can be equipped with nuclear weapons. Cannot be captured. Can teleport between cities.
