Description:

This mod rebalances the economy by adjusting how buildings operate and develop:

  • All buildings (except Monuments, Canals) now have half the workforce, half the input, and half the output. Also some PM effects are halved (Added Construction of Construction Sectors and so one)
  • Construction times remain unchanged
  • Infrastructure usage, pollution, and urbanization have also been halved to maintain the original ratios.
  • All building levels at game start and resource cap have been doubled to maintain economic balance under the new system.
  • Rebalanced Agro PMs: Increased Output of advanced Production-PMs and increased reduction of "Harvesting Process" PM group. Advanced harvesting process PMs now reduces farmers in exchange for machinists. This increases the overall efficiency of Wheat Agro buildings. The machinists maintain the tractors.

The result:
It takes longer for peasants to transition into factory workers, creating a more authentic industrialization pace that better reflects historical development.
