提高了所有天朝制封臣契约类型的数量上限，并允许所有时代使用至少1个特殊封臣契约

新增“藩镇割据”总督类型，仅危世或乱世可用（但进入其他时代会保留），新赠“天朝留后继承制”，绑定藩镇割据类型，为藩镇割据的总督添加了“藩镇叛乱”宣战理由

全面加强了王朝兴衰的时代效果

解除了“开疆拓土”时代的整合法理限制和“政通人和”时代的对外宣战限制，修复了夺取天朝公国的宣战理由，为开疆拓土时代添加了“天朝拓土攘夷帝国”的宣战理由，允许天子一次性征服一整个帝国，为开疆拓土时代添加了“天朝拓土攘夷王国”的宣战理由，允许天子、枢密使、天朝军事封臣一次性征服一整个王国

为两种稳定时代添加了“扩张天朝疆域”决议，允许天子将不处于任何霸权法理的帝国添加进中华法理

为移动法理首都添加了霸权级别的选项

为“要求臣服”互动添加了天子和天朝稳定时代的buff

为天子新增三种互动：“赐同进士出身”、“任命传奉官”和“准许皇族成员免试”，为所有天朝制封臣新增两种互动“为宗族成员请求恩荫”和“向天子请求同进士出身”，效果各不相同，但都能使目标免于考试解锁品级上限

为天子新增了“贬为庶民”互动，允许将无地封臣驱逐为冒险者，同时也会褫夺其爵位

新增“禁止家族子弟或勋贵当官”和“重新允许家族子弟或勋贵当官”，允许玩家禁止/恢复一名宗族成员、（恢复自己）、藩王或国公（当是统治者时）获得贤能或继承天朝任命制头衔

大幅加强了长安市集和开封皇城

移除了“征用国库”互动的金额上限

增加了“营造京师”、“设立市舶司”、“重建大明宫”、“修建丝路商栈”、“设立转运使司”和“修缮官道”大型工程，并增加了相应的建筑或增益

增加了“授田垦荒”、“劝课农桑”大型工程，仅独立统治者或民政天朝制封臣可用，“整军练武”，仅独立统治者或军事天朝制封臣可用

新增了“敕封藩王”互动，允许天子创建并授予一个封臣藩国（亲王/郡王/国公），这是一个天朝制的荣誉头衔，并授予相应的风味化称呼

新增一种天朝制头衔继承法“天朝藩王继承法”，允许头衔世袭罔替，敕封藩王产生的头衔默认有此继承法

为封臣新增请求封藩互动

This mod comprehensively enhances the gameplay experience for players following the Celestial Empire government type. Key features include major buffs to Han culture, the Silk Road, Dynasty Legacies, and Celestial vassals, alongside new mechanics and interactions.

Cultural Buffs: Significant boosts for Han culture, its special units, and Silk Road innovations.

Resolved an issue where the "Art of war" did not correctly provide marshal bonuses. Fixed the "China seize duchy" Casus Belli. Fixed the problem that Dynastic Circle Situation decision make situation changing reversely.

"Expansion" Era: Removed the De Jure requirement for unification.
Added powerful new Casus Belli:

"Celestial Expansion " (Empire-tier): Allows the Emperor to conquer an entire Empire in one war.

"Celestial Expansion" (Kingdom-tier): Allows the Emperor, the Grand Chancellor, or Celestial Military vassals to conquer an entire Kingdom in one war.

"Stability" Eras: Removed restrictions on foreign wars. Added the "Expand the Celestial Borders" decision, allowing the Emperor to add any non-hegemonic Empire into the Chinese De Jure.

Global Buffs: Added significant bonuses for the Emperor when using the "Demand Vassalization" interaction during stable eras.

Increased the cap for all Celestial vassal contract types and allowed at least one special contract in every era.

New Governor contract Type: "Celestial Warlord" (藩镇割据), available only in the instable or chaos era .

New Succession Law: "Celestial Warlord succession" inheritance, tied to the Warlord government.

New Interactions:

For the Emperor: "Grant examination favor" (赐同进士出身), "give examination favor for imperial dynasty" (准许皇族成员免试), and "Relegate to Commoner" (贬为庶民) – which can strip titles from landless vassals and turn them into adventurers.

For Vassals: "Request Imperial Favor for Clan Member" (为宗族成员请求恩荫) and "Request Honorary Jinshi from the Son of Heaven" (向天子请求同进士出身). These interactions provide alternative ways to bypass examinations for promotion.
Removed the gold cap from the "Request Funds from the Treasury" (征用国库) interaction.

Major buffs to the Chang’An Market and Kaifeng Palace holdings.

New Great Projects & Related buildings

New "Ask apportion for a minister" (摊派国库) decision, allowing the Emperor to take 20/50/100% of a random minister’s treasury.

🛠️ Additional Features
Added an option to move the De Jure capital at the hegemony level.

New "Bestow a Honor Title" (敕封藩王) interaction, allowing the Emperor to grant a honor title with related trait of Empire/Kingdom/duchy tier (亲王/郡王/国公). Vassals can also request these.
