Are you tired of lazy descendents who never study? Are you a powerful minister whose 40 year old failson is still on the 8th rank working as a Prefect? Do you wish you could use some good ol’ nepotism to fix that? Then this is the mod for you.
As a House Head in an administrative realm with a Duchy Tier Title or higher, this mod lets you take a penalty to your personal merit and influence to leverage your office and connections for the benefit of adult members of your House. Your children gain an even bigger boost.
This is recalculated quarterly to account for House Members coming of age. If you lose your Title, you will automatically stop Supporting your House.
As a House Head, unlock an interaction with your adult House Members and Courtiers to send them to Examinations. This interaction is also available to parents who are not House Heads to use on their children and grandchildren. Live the full Asian parent experience and don’t let your children enjoy a quiet life without studying.

Use your Influence to directly secure a title or a promotion for your House Members, children and grandchildren. With this new interaction, you can force the resignation of an official and grant their title to your House Members or descendents. The higher your position and the higher the Merit of the recipient, the cheaper this will be, especially if you do it step-by-step. But be careful – this will cause resentment.
– Use a new interaction to freely move your unlanded House Members between Civilian and Military careers.
– Automated quarterly prune of procedurally generated high merit characters who do not have a title to avoid the issue where there are far too many high merit characters (credit to @宣歙池都团练观察使’s Content Improvement for AUH mod)
