1970s Minsk panelkas
A small pack of 1970s panelkas as can be seen in Minsk. They could belong to the M-464 series, but I’m not sure. One comes with commercial spaces, for which I made a few add-on shops/services.
Resident capacity was estimated based on the formula 8 adults (4 apartments) per floor and per entrance. Flat quality is 80pc, safe for one for which it is 85pc (I imagined it has bigger apartments).
– block 1: 852 residents (9 stories)
– block 2: 576 (9 stories)
– block 3: 216 (9 stories)
– block 4: 224 (7 stories)
– block 5: 160 (4 stories)
The shops include a food store, 2 bars (in practice, same thing), a clothes store, an electronics store, and a pharmacy (walk-in clinic).
They can be placed anywhere along the entrances of the commercial spaces. Most have 2 pedestrian access points each, and are meant to occupy the space between 2 entrances. The pharmacy and the 2nd bar have one pedestrian access, and are set up in such way as to optimize the rest of the available commercial space. Their road access points are behind the building, with a visible parking slot. After placement they can be accessed fairly easily by looking at them from above. Their construction requires some additional amount of electric parts and basic materials.
The panelka with the commercial spaces also has 2 underpasses that are wide enough for a car road to pass through. However the road must be placed before the building, as per the game’s limitations. I hope the user can forgive the fact that trucks driving through them tend to clip a bit through the building.
