Description:

🧭核心机制:天子通过决议一键召唤所有武官参加当前的所有战争。同时除了决议,也有单独的互动可以召集参战。需要有足够的接受度和各类资源。(主要是影响力,国库和威望,根据政体决定)目前全政体适用,不局限于天子。

🔧更新④:
①新增贬谪,罢黜,流放系统。三省六部的大臣,大行台和天子可使用。
贬谪:可以贬谪到任意一级的更低级头衔,乃至男爵级。顶替上位者为下级头衔中综合能力最高者。
罢黜:直接禁止其做官,成为无地者
流放:目标直接变成流浪者
②提拔系统更新功能,可以提拔他人和自己成为朝臣,不仅限于实地帝国头衔。被顶替者为综合能力最低者。
③优化提拔系统内部代码,本来被顶替的人是随机的,现在会根据贤能等级,能力值与玩家的关系亲密度,是否是同家族等数值判定被顶替的对象。被顶替的自然是综合能力最差与玩家关系最差的人。贬谪目标后,顶替上台的人则是综合能力最强与玩家关系最近的人。能力的优先级更高。
④所有政体都可以邀请同僚参战,行政制成本更低。
⑤可邀请领主参战,花费为同僚的两倍以上。
⑥后期盟友等数量太多了,减少一键参战后的信件骚扰,仅限强力盟友等会送信提示。

🔧更新③:
①皇帝/高级官员可以提拔低级官员升官。皇帝是免费的,但是官员需要消耗大量影响力并且皇帝准许。从伯爵到帝国级。只能从低向上提拔,不能平级调动,会随机顶掉一个非自己家族和皇族的更高级官员。
②推恩令:皇帝可以消耗影响力,肢解强大的官员,比如,持有多个王国的一个官员会直接裂开成多个单独的王国。注意:只有一个王国的不会被肢解为多个直属于皇帝的公国。换言之,是拆分多余的主头衔平级的头衔。
③请求皇帝加封大行台。王国级官员满足条件时可以跟皇帝互动,让皇帝把你领土所在帝国赐予你。AI也会使用。
注意:必须要皇帝持有该帝国头衔。如果没有持有该头衔,那么皇帝不能是破产状态,因为逻辑上要让皇帝先创建头衔。
④大幅调低了AI提议契约援助的意愿,降低骚扰的频率

🔧更新②:
①行政制(包括天朝)将军事契约和其他契约完全分开来一键召集。军事契约的消耗更低。
②行政制等政体可以召唤同僚参战。
③无可互动对象时,自动隐藏相关决议。
④直接进攻朝贡国:开疆拓土和政通人和局势下可直接对朝贡国宣战。天朝之外无限制。不替换原版CB和宣战互动,所以理论上兼容性极高,可以适配所有mod。

①军力差异,威望等级,家族威望等级,影响力等级,还有行政效率等都会减少消耗。
②可以一键召唤封臣/盟友/总督/朝贡国/宗族成员参战。除此之外也可以通过互动单独召唤参战。
③解锁所有的特定斗争局势才可用的各类决议(契约援助等)
契约援助太强了,所以天朝体系契约成本显著提高,避免失衡。
##############################################################################################🧭 Core Mechanic: The Emperor can use a decision to instantly summon all military officials to join all current wars. In addition to the decision, there are separate interactions to call individuals to war. Requires sufficient acceptance and various resources (mainly influence, treasury, and prestige, depending on the government type). Currently applicable to all government types, not limited to the Emperor.

🔧 Update ④:
① Added demotion, dismissal, and exile systems. Can be used by officials of the Three Departments and Six Ministries, the Grand Coordinator, and the Emperor.
– Demotion: Can demote to any lower-tier title, down to the baron level. The replacement is the person with the highest overall competency among lower-tier titles.
– Dismissal: Directly prohibits the target from holding office, making them landless.
– Exile: The target immediately becomes a wanderer.
② Updated the promotion system; can now promote others or oneself to become court officials, not limited to landed imperial titles. The person being replaced is the one with the lowest overall competency.
③ Optimized the internal code of the promotion system. Previously, the replaced person was random; now, it is determined based on merit level, competency, relationship with the player, whether they are from the same family, etc. The replaced person is the one with the poorest overall competency and the worst relationship with the player. After demoting a target, the replacement is the one with the strongest overall competency and the closest relationship with the player. Competency has higher priority.
④ All government types can now invite colleagues to war, with administrative governments having lower costs.
⑤ Can invite lords to war, costing more than twice that of inviting colleagues.
⑥ Reduced the spam of notifications after using the "join all wars" decision in the late game, limiting messages to powerful allies, etc.

🔧 Update ③:
① Emperors/senior officials can promote lower-ranking officials. The Emperor can do this for free, but officials need to spend significant influence and require the Emperor’s approval. Promotions can range from count to imperial level. Only upward promotions are allowed, not lateral transfers. A random higher-ranking official who is not from the player’s family or the imperial family will be replaced.
② Decree of Enfeoffment: The Emperor can spend influence to dismantle powerful officials. For example, an official holding multiple kingdoms will be split into several separate kingdoms. Note: Those holding only one kingdom will not be split into multiple direct duchies under the Emperor. In other words, it splits extra titles of the same rank.
③ Request the Emperor to grant the title of Grand Coordinator. Kingdom-level officials can interact with the Emperor under certain conditions to have the Emperor grant them the imperial title of their territory. The AI will also use this.
Note: The Emperor must hold the imperial title. If not, the Emperor must not be bankrupt, as logically, the Emperor needs to create the title first.
④ Significantly reduced the AI’s willingness to propose contract assistance, lowering the frequency of spam.

🔧 Update ②:
① Administrative governments (including the Celestial Empire) now separate military contracts and other contracts for one-click summoning. The cost for military contracts is lower.
② Administrative governments and others can now call colleagues to war.
③ Decisions are automatically hidden when there are no valid interaction targets.
④ Directly attack tributary states: In the "Expand Territory" and "Political Harmony" situations, players can directly declare war on tributary states. No restrictions for non-Celestial Empires. Does not replace vanilla CBs and war interactions, ensuring high compatibility with all mods.

🔧 Update ①:
① Differences in military strength, prestige level, family prestige level, influence level, and administrative efficiency will reduce costs.
② One-click summoning of vassals/allies/governors/tributary states/dynasty members to war. Additionally, individual summons can be made through interactions.
③ Unlocked all situation-specific decisions (such as contract assistance, etc.).
Contract assistance was too powerful, so the cost for contracts under the Celestial Empire system has been significantly increased to avoid imbalance.
