Description:

Do you want your authority to exist beyond your mere capital? Do you want to achieve this in a balanced manner?
Extended Control – Forts & Bailiffs is here for that! It modifies key buildings to help you project your precious authority while making sure you pay the price with the upkeep and estate powers.

Core Features

Castles now also provide Local Proximity to extend your administrative reach into distant lands.
The Age of Revolutions Castle tier now exerts a Zone of Control, I have no idea why paradox thought it was good idea to remove their "zone of control" and encourage castle spam that way.

Bailiffs have also transformed into a high investment administration building to differenciate from the forts. They provide slight amounts of Control, RGO and Production efficiency..
Cathedrals Now also provide a 5% Local Control modifier.

The Price of Power

Projecting authority is not cheap pal, embrace the consequences.

Forts have higher and diversified upkeep to reduce castle spam.
Forts further increase Nobility Power than vanilla. while Bailiffs empower both the Nobility and the Burghers.
Balance: You cannot stack a Bailiff and a Fort in the same location or in a capital as their dynamic effects cancel out.
