LOAD THIS MOD LAST!!!!!

Makes the flat map mode have darker ocean, and makes the map more saturated. Based off of the Xorme Map mod. Does not alter checksum

IF THE MAP DOESN"T LOOK GOOD OR HOW IT DOES IN THE PICTURES PLEASE PUT THIS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LOAD ORDER
