Movable Governorship Promotions
I made this mod cause I found it rather annoying that when you happen to get a new title you can’t manualy promote duchy-level governors into Kingdom level ones if they are not part of the de jure of said kingdom; and so you instead have to rely on your courtiers, and such.
So this mod is supposed to "fix" that.
