Various improvements to make Finland and Karelia more historically accurate.

Overview:
– Adjusted population numbers, cultures and religions to more accurately represent the situation in 1337.
– Adjusted borders of Sweden, Novgorod and Oreshek to match historical records.
– Tweaked shapes of some locations in Finland.
– Improved natural harbour suitability for many locations in Finland and Karelia.
– Renamed a lot of locations and a couple of provinces.
– Kven People are now a tributary of Sweden while Perm is a vassal of Novgorod.
– Added period accurate dynamic names for all locations in Finland and Karelia.
– Added more Finnic dialects and assigned them to the appropriate cultures.
– Removed ahistorical Pop Based Countries and made them into historical releasable countries.
– Added Sami character names.
– Adjustments to the colonial treaty of Nöteborg to represent the treaty more accurately.
– Adjusted exploration preferences to hopefully encourage AI Novgorod to colonize more.
– Reworked Abckiria DHE to make an artwork instead of instantly merging all Finnish cultures.
– Fixed culture of Mikael Agricola.
– Added roads in Finland.
– All the changes from HAC
Possible Future:
– While the startion situation in 1337 is improved, could still adjust gameplay to reduce chance of ahistorical outcomes like fully Swedish northern Finland and Novgorod not colonizing Karelia.
– Names for the Finnic dialects so they don’t all use finnish names.
– Sami dynamic location names.
– More starting buildings
– An option to make Sweden and Novgorod starting borders bigger for gameplay purposes
– Currently this mod only supports english localization.
