Better Agriculture
Reduces the amount of food produced by RGOs to stop hyperscaling economies. At the moment, food is not a barrier at all to industrialization, and you rarely struggle to keep your urban population fed.

Currently, most food RGOs are nerfed by 25-40%, which should make early scaling a lot harder.
Demands for fish and fruit have been swapped, so fish is a bit more desired and fruit a bit less. (Thanks to Enrar)
Winter more severely affects your harvest (up to 2x worse), most prosperity debuffs from sieges/occupation have been increased 5x.
Subsistence output is upped from 80% to 90% to offset some of the nerfs.
Several AI weights have been tweaked to make them start upgrading food RGOs at higher food thresholds, and lowered maximum ratio of towns.
Towns and cities now store 500 and 750 food respectively, instead of the default 250 and 500. (Thanks to Enrar)
Traditional economy now only gives 15% positive food modifier, down from 20%
Capital economy now only gives 15% negative food modifier, down from 20%
Feedback is welcome as testing solo is difficult.
