Necronomancer Majorita
From Disgaea 5: The Necromancer Majorita.
A necromancer with a vile personality. As a subordinate of the Dark Void, the Overlord of Darkness, she rampaged across realms, invaded the Netherworld of Usalia—the homeland of my other MOD character, Usalia—murdered her parents, and turned them into zombies before her very eyes. A truly despicable person.
Although she later died, she was resurrected on the condition that she "helps Usalia." Usalia detests her, but the reconstruction of the Usalia Netherworld requires combat strength. Therefore, while forgiveness is impossible, Usalia has no choice but to keep her around and use her as a tool.
She is a character deeply intertwined with Usalia. Although it’s assumed few players have experienced the original work, she was made into a standalone MOD out of consideration for the feelings of those who have.
———— Character Description ————
Majorita is designed around [Shadow Servant] and [Mass Sage]. Therefore, it is recommended to focus her development primarily on Charisma, Learning, and Spell Strength. Additionally, she has been given two basic combat skills, [Dark Sphere] and [Chaotic Miasma], but their activation rates are not particularly high. Her combat style remains primarily focused on summoning and buffing.
Furthermore, as her skill set is designed around "fire-and-forget" skills, she requires few action turns in combat, making her exceptionally well-suited as a mount. Since she’s a terrible person, feel free to ride her shoulders mercilessly.
She will appear as an Independent Adventurer in the Traveling Merchant Camp.
———— Other Elements ————
Soul-Returning Staff "Tagaririm"
Majorita’s cat-themed staff. It provides a very high Learning attribute bonus, which can enhance the Sage buff. Additionally, it can unleash a ranged melee attack. Although the damage is negligible, the attack has a chance to trigger a Haste buff.
"Mysterious Black Cloth Strip"
I wonder what this item is for? How mysterious.
Mass Buff Skill "Mephisto’s Pulse"
This skill grants all party members a bonus to Anatomy and Theft skills based on the user’s Learning attribute and Spell Strength, along with a flat 66 points of Anti-Divinity damage. However, it also reduces Faith by 1 and Hell Resistance by 1. The design concept is that "the demon is tempting you to commit evil deeds but isn’t putting in much effort itself," making it a skill where thematic design takes precedence over practical combat value.
The buff icon uses an inverted pentagram pattern. I’m unsure if this might cause religious offense to players in the West… If anyone finds it uncomfortable, please comment, and I will consider alternative icons.
…Then again, would someone who adds a necromancer to their party really be bothered by this?
