Allows building districts on Forests. Beautiful cities with trees among them.
No more waiting for Mining to finish because there is a forest in your desired district spot – instead build it right away. Build attractive neighborhoods right inside the lush green and your people will thank you for it.

- All districts except for Encampment, Industrial Zone, Aerodrome, and Spaceport can be built on Forest without removing the Forest first. Appeal and Adjacency bonuses of the Forest remain.
- Brazil can also build the repective districts on Jungle.
- The La Venta and Palenque (if available) city states can also build on Jungle.
- The Rapa Nui city state cannot build on either Forest or Jungle.
I highly recommend using this mod together with my Appeal mod ("Happy Districts"; see in box below) to make the appeal of district tiles matter more, as well as the Environment Skin mod. It increases the tree density of forests, which results in small gaps around the edges of districts being filled with trees much better.
Disclaimer: The main focus of this mod is visual. While the gameplay consequences are intended, one might consider some gameplay elements slightly overpowered.
