Description:

This mod reworks the effects of the Centralization/Decentralization Societal Values to focus purely on internal realm administration and economic trade-offs, separating it from external subject relations, which now belong to Inward/Outward values.

CENTRALIZATION/DECENTRALIZATION
Centralization: Increases Crown Power (more control and taxation), leading to higher raw cash extraction from the realm’s economy. This encourages a playstyle focused on capital development and direct state revenue.

Decentralization: Boosts Production Efficiency realm-wide. This reflects a less centralized, looser network of regions being more efficient for local trade and resource movement, resulting in higher long-term Production Output from buildings. This encourages a playstyle focused on widely distributed development and economic efficiency across all provinces.

INWARD/OUTWARD
Concerns regarding External Relations are instead managed by the Inward/Outward societal axis, which has been updated to reflect its role in subject diplomacy:

Inward: Decreases Subject Relations by -20.
Outward: Improves Subject Relations by +20.

Each subject now increases drift toward Outward instead of Decentralization.

This ensures a cleaner distinction between internal administrative structure and external diplomatic relations.
