Asian Advancements with Constantinople as Capital
As the Ottomans (or any other nation located in Asia, like the Anatolian Beyliks), changing your capital to Constantinople makes you lose access to several Asian advancement since you change your sub-continent, effectively making it a debuff. This mod makes it so that having your capital in the Thrace area (i.e Constantinople) lets you have the advancements for the Asia sub-continent.
Of course, works for Byzantium as well 😉
Most likely not save-game compatible (fairly certain advancements are loaded on game-start)
