Description:

A complete V.A.L (Very Aggressive Listening) sound overhaul inluding popular modded units.

Check out War Tapes Redux for the newer, more polished version!
This mod aims to deliver an authentic, raw and violent soundscape of the battlefield.

Guns sound visceral, punchy and lethal. Flashbangs are loud. Explosions are felt. If you want to hear how chaotic CQB truly is – this mod is for you.

Consits of my favourite sound effects from a variety of different DK2 and Stalker mods – handpicked and remastered by me.
Warning: It gets really loud so play at a volume level comfortable for you.

Most issues with the mod are fixed by loading War Tapes last. ALWAYS load it last.
