SoL Based Pop Demands
This mod is still considered as beta version and is taking playtest based feedback. The mod works with either 1.0.9 or 1.0.10, but does not work for a very early version, since pop demands logic has been rewritten.
Features:
1. This mod scales population demand with their GDP per capita. Creating Vic3 style dynamic market. All the information can be seen from a very cool new GUI from location-demography tab.
2. Base needs numbers are rebalanced.
3. A new province modifier is added to give development bonus based on local total GDP.
