Chinese and English are displayed as text, while all others are indicated by triangle symbols.

注：打开决议栏时所感觉到卡顿的原因主要有两种，第一种和决议栏有关，第二种和决议事件有关。
如果决议数量过多/决议内容包含对象过多/决议内容范围过大，那么本模组的效果可能并不明显。
- Reduces persistent lag/stuttering when opening the decision tab, which can be caused by an excessive number of decisions or ones with overly broad effects.
- One-click expand/collapse for all decision groups.
Note: The lag you feel when opening the decision tab is mainly caused by two reasons. The first is related to the decision tab itself, and the second is related to decision (events).
If there are too many decisions, or if the decisions contain too many objects（for example, too many characters）, then the mod might not work as effectively.
与修改了 window_decisions.gui 的模组不兼容。
Incompatible with any mod that modifies window_decisions.gui.
本模组可以看做是对 Ourg 的 fix decisions tab performance 模组一种改进/完善。在此基础上，进一步优化了读取逻辑，并添加了两个新按钮。
如果不需要按钮，可以订阅 Ourg 版本的模组。也请给他的模组去点赞支持一下。

This mod is basically an improved version of Ourg’s "Fix Decisions Tab Performance" mod. On top of that, I’ve further optimized the underlying logic and added two new buttons.
If you don’t need the extra buttons, you can just subscribe to Ourg’s original mod and go give his a thumbs-up too.
