Freedom Deckbuilder by Nation
Adds 59 new Divisions that allow you to build them using any unit from the original divison’s nation.
The new divisions in the Armory are all named "Freedom Division" (will be updated in the future probably) and use the same emblem as the parent nation but rotated 45 degrees.
There are 59 new divisions, one for each vanilla division. The "freedom" version of a division has the same AP slot costs as its parent vanilla division, but with a freedom deck list (so 119y has access to all SOV flagged units, but [1,1,2,3,3] log slot costs, [1,1,2,3,3] inf slot costs, [1,1,1,1,1,1,1,2,2,2] tank slot costs, etc)
There are 13 new sets of deck lists, one for each nation (Belgium/Canada/Spain/France/Netherlands/West Germany/UK/US/East Germany/Poland/Soviet/Czechoslovakia). Luxembourg flagged units are assigned to Belgian decklist as there are no Luxembourg divs in the game and they are part of Belgium.
For fun reasons, nations with only 1 division get doubled availability on all units (CAN).
Unit availability/vet curves are set whatever division has the most of them (so the US decklist has 6 cards of M1A1 because 3rd Armored has 6 cards of M1A1s, regular Iglas (sunglasses version) come at 0/9/6/0 availability because 35-VDV get that curve, but TTSKO-Iglas from 27-Ya are 9/6/4/0 because its a different unit and thats the only vet curve available).
Units that not part of any div are not included in the decklists (so no T-80UK).
