Description:

Improves the effects of the Regime Change war goal (not the Power Bloc version):

• Target’s Governance Principle is always changed to match yours regardless if they have the technology for it or not.
• Creates a new IG Leader of your ruler’s IG and ideology and installs them in leadership of the target country.
• Your ruler’s IG gains +50% clout and attraction in the target country.
• If the target is in a power bloc, it loses -1000 leverage with that bloc.
• If you have a power bloc, gain 1000 leverage with the target
• You gain +200 relations with the new government.
• The Forced Regime Change modifier now blocks government reform, increases movement attraction, radicals/loyalists, tech spread, and boosts minimum legitimacy.

Overwrites the regime_change wargoal.
