No Casus Belli Wars Removed
This mod surgically removes the ability for AI or player to declare No Casus Belli wars. Primarily intended to be used to balance around my other mods, but can be used standalone.
This mod contains a single file and will be compatible with anything.
It is partially save game compatible. The changes will update on the start of a new age.
This mod is configurable in the files. By removing any of the age blocks of code, you can allow no-CB wars to be declared in certain ages.
